As a member, you can ask Ian questions whenever you have them. We don't just mean Ask Virtual Ian, we mean from Ian himself. If he cannot get back to you promptly, a member of the team will let you know. Most members are surprised by how quickly and thoroughly Ian responds.
Often, Ian will ask if you are open to discussing the topic during the monthly, live Coach's Corner segments so that other members can also benefit from the discussion. During the Coach's Corner, Ian will sometimes solicit input from other members about their experience in similar situations.
