The Same Side Selling Academy includes AI-powered features, including the Same Side Coach, Coach's Corner content search, and AI-assisted coaching summaries. By using these features, you acknowledge and agree to the following practices.

Coach's Corner sessions are recorded and transcribed.
These recordings and transcripts are made available to licensed users of the Same Side Selling Academy for educational purposes.
The Company may use recordings and transcripts to improve search functionality, enhance AI-powered features, train or refine internal retrieval and language models, and improve the overall user experience. Be cautious about sharing proprietary information since users now or in the future could access that recording.

When you interact with Same Side Coach, we store your prompts, responses, and conversation history.
We use this information to:
Allow you to view prior conversations and continue discussions over time.
Enable administrators and authorized group leaders to review team usage and activity where applicable.
Diagnose technical issues and improve system performance.
Evaluate and improve the quality of AI-generated responses.
Identify common questions and topics that may be addressed through future educational content, including Coach's Corner sessions.
Users may create and maintain AI profile information, including personas, rants, Client Vision Pyramid data, and similar content. This information is stored to provide more personalized and relevant AI responses.
Users may review, update, or request deletion of their stored profile information at any time, subject to applicable retention requirements.

When a participant consents to recording an individual coaching session separate from the public Coach’s Corner sessions, the session may be recorded, transcribed, and summarized using AI technologies.
The resulting transcript and summary are used to provide coaching insights and related services.
Before transcript content is used to improve the Same Side Coach or other AI capabilities, the Company applies commercially reasonable de-identification processes intended to remove or replace personal names, company names, and other identifying information so that the information cannot reasonably be associated with a particular individual or organization.
Only de-identified information may be used for AI improvement purposes.
Original recordings and transcripts are retained only as necessary to provide the service, support users, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements, after which they may be deleted in accordance with our data retention policies.

You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Same Side Selling Academy.
By submitting content, prompts, recordings, coaching information, or other materials, you grant the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, store, analyze, display, and use such content as necessary to provide the services described in these Terms.
To the extent your content is used to improve AI systems, only de-identified information will be used whenever reasonably practicable. Information shared in the Coach’s Corner sessions is stored, transcribed, and accessed as originally recorded.

The Company implements reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect customer information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.
No security system is completely secure, and users acknowledge that electronic storage and transmission of information involves inherent risk.

Users are responsible for ensuring they have the authority to upload or discuss any information submitted through the platform.
Users should avoid submitting confidential information belonging to third parties unless they have appropriate authorization to do so.

AI-generated responses are intended as educational and coaching guidance only. Users remain responsible for exercising independent business judgment and should not rely exclusively on AI-generated recommendations when making business decisions.

Certain features of the Same Side Selling Academy require processing by third-party AI providers. Information submitted to these features is shared only as necessary to generate AI-assisted responses and deliver the requested functionality. We do not sell customer prompts or content to AI providers, and we configure our AI providers so that customer content is not used to train publicly available AI models unless we specifically notify you and obtain any required consent.
